STATE(S) ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY REGULATIONS: A Cute Basket is located in the state of Florida, and is not licensed to ship alcoholic beverages to or from the state of Florida in any of our custom gift baskets. However, alcohol beverages can be shipped in all of our pre-designed gift baskets provided that your state is acceptable of such delivery. Please see Wine State Delivery List for acceptable states. SHIPPING POLICIES - GIFT BASKETS & GIFTS: These gifts are referred to as shipped gifts. Delivery to rural areas may not be possible at any time. The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a Post Office Box number is not acceptable. The majority of our gifts are shipped via FedEx or UPS and will arrive 3 to 5 days from time of order, and our non-perishable gifts are shipped USPS Priority Mail. (Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available at this time)
Shipping charges are based on shopping cart total, weight and delivery address. Shipping Mon-Fri, cutoff time is 12:00 pm (noon) EST. During holidays cutoff times are extended, please add an item to your cart for up to date shipping information. (we will update schedule accordingly). Rates displayed on site are for deliveries of 3 to 5 days after placing order. (Same day deliveries are only offered and is specified in selected product descriptions). Please note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping. If you have any delivery time constraints please contact us for expedited rates at sales@ACuteBasket.com. Please be sure to read all shipping information carefully, you will find that various product types have different shipping concerns. FLOWERS & BALLOONS: These gifts are referred to as hand delivered gifts. In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of exotic arrangements or fruit baskets. Floral arrangements and balloon bouquets are hand delivered to your gift recipient's home or office. The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, floral arrangements, fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies. When ordering funeral flowers, please include the name of the deceased as well as the funeral home to prevent any confusion in delivery. The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery at a later time. In the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply). We cannot deliver to Airports, PO, APO or FPO Boxes. You will receive an email delivery confirmation once order has been delivered. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: Due to health concerns, perishables, food and bath and body products may not be returned. To return any product for an exchange or store credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a "Return Merchandise authorization Number". (RMA) .Do not return any purchases without an (RMA) number.
Perishable, fragile products (flowers, food, balloons, some gift baskets and all custom baskets cannot be returned). These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged due to shipping process. Non-perishable items should be returned and received to our facility within (5) days of delivery in their original packaging-unopened, after contacting our customer care department for our Product Return Mailing Address and (RMA) Return Merchandise authorization number.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all items being returned back to us, unless package(s) arrived was in the sole error of ACB. Customers should use same or better shipping carrier and transit time. If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue a store credit (less 10% restocking fee), exchange or refund for the purchase price of the gift - NO REFUNDS will be issued to damaged items.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Original shipping costs & return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer(s). Store credit will be issued once the gift item/basket is proven not to have been used, opened by customer and should appear on your credit card within 10 days of arrival back in our store. Returns MUST be made within (5) five days of gift arrival to recipient's location. It is recommended that you use a method of shipping that provides proof of delivery back to our facility and same or better shipping transit time. We are not responsible for returns without proof of delivery.
Because we created a beautiful custom Elegantly Designed Gift Basket(s) uniquely for your order, all custom gift baskets CANNOT be returned or exchanged. No Exceptions!
SUBSTITUTIONS: We make every effort to ensure that flowers we feature on our pages are in season and available. In some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as exotic, or tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. A Cute Basket and it affiliates reserves the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value.
Due to the population of some of our products, A Cute Basket and its affiliates must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and other decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style. In the case of our not having a colored vase available, we will most often substitute with a clear glass vase, adding a bow to represent the color of the pictured vase. Because of the popularity of some floral arrangements, A Cute Basket reserves the right to substitute whenever needed. This is a rare case but sometime necessary, we will always try our best to match the substitution item with equal or better.
